I have an oustanding claim with bonitas for 5 months 3 weeks now. I have been calling the bonitas customer care line for over 3months now and no one is giving any solid feedback. My doctor still hasnt been paid therefore my account will be taken to lawyers. This is the worst experience I have had with bonitas.
