Not paying savings

When Prosano amalgamated with Bonitas, I chose to move from Pro Elite to Bon Standard. After four unsuccessful inquiries as to when my savings would be paid out and what the amount would be, I finally got through to someone that listened. They informed me that I should have received my money 4 months after joining Bonitas and they apologized for the delay.

Bonitas gave me the amount, but could not tell me by when they would pay me. I have since (12 September 2013) been told that I would be paid by Monday (the 16th). On phoning Bonitas on Tuesday to inform them that the money was not paid, I was asked to wait and they would get back to me on the same day "as they cannot get hold of their financial department".

Today I phoned and was told that they "are waiting for a few signatures" before they will inform me of the payment.

At 16:15 I received a call from the call center to remind me that they are still waiting for the Finance department. I joined Bonitas on 21/12/2013. Why is it almost taking 9 months for Bonitas to pay me the Savings!?
