Please refund me

My son was born on 27 December 2012 in Paarl Mediclinic. I registered my newborn with Pro Sano and Bonitas. On 05 April 2013 I received a phone call from Dr Selna Tonkin the Paediatrician office telling me that the bill of R1620.00 for the newborn was not paid by CareCross Health because the newborn was not registered. I went onto the websites of Pro Sano and Bonitas and saw the newborn was on their system which means they did not register the newborn with CareCross Health. I then spoke to Natasha Fourie from Prosano on 05 April 2013. On that same day she e-mailed proof of registration to [Email Removed] for claims purposes. In the end I was given a back date authorization number and was told to fax my Account statement to the claims department: Fax: 021 673 1811. After several calls to Prosano and Bonitas customer care call centres I was told that my query has been escalated on 20 May 2013 to the WORKGROUP MANAGER. I was forced to pay the bill of R1620.00 to Dr Selna Tonkin. 16 July 2013 Yaseen Toefy from Bonitas escalated my CareCross Statement and proof of payment for Dr Selna Tonkin. To date no refund. Please refund me. I am now with another medical aid.
