I called fedhealth at the beginning of october enquirying about membership. Anton advised me that my premium would be r1668 for the maxima basis plan. I enquired about any penalities as I was previously a fedhealth member and moved to my daughters medical aid due to personal reasons he advised me that there would be no penalities hence we proceeded with the application. Today I get a sms from you guys confirming the membership number and I call your call centre to get the debit date n im told I need to pay 2085 as im penslised for a late joiner fee. Unacceptable if my premium will not be what was promised cancel this immediately and I will take my business else where
