50% late joiner fee added incorrectly

When enquiring on how to add a dependant, I was told to just fill in a specific form and fax to Fedhealth.
No mentioning of adding a membership certificate of the dependant's previous medical aid. Due to this, Fedhealth immediately added a 50% late joiner fee (payable monthly!) and assumed he hasn't been a member of a medical aid before. In order to fix this, I faxed proof of his medical aid membership, and after 3 long phone calls nothing has been done yet. In the meantime my membership has been suspended because I refuse to pay the added 50% before they sort this out. The customer service is NO GOOD. They give you a reference number each time after you go through 10 questions, but NOTHING gets fixed. I am on chronic medication, and had to pay cash for it because of the suspension. CAN SOMEBODY AT FEDHEALTH PLEASE ATTEND TO THIS??? Thank you.
