Promises and about Savings Pay-out

I cancelled my membership with fedhealth and still waiting for my savings pay out.
it was cancelled the 30th September 2012.I faxed the relevant documents to them on 26 Febr.
i was promised that the pay - out date will be in february 2013.
I have contacted fedhealth a number of times and every time they have a different excuse.

I am very dissappointed and disgusted in their service. They dont kept to their promises.
I will never recomment anyone to them and can now see why many people are leaving the scheme.

I can also see the many complaints about them in social media and believe now that it is very true.
