Rather lose a client than downgrade my membership

I was with Fedhealth for just over a year as i moved over from my parents scheme. I had the maxima basis option. I ran out of savings very quickly just because of normal doctors visits, i paid for all of my own medication every month and even after a doctors or dentist visit.

I joined a learnership roughly 5 months ago and thus started earning much less and thus i tried to downgrade to a hospital plan. After struggling for 4 months to get a response on my application to downgrade and still paying the over-priced fee i eventually was assisted and they DECLINED my application. They chose rather to lose a customer than downgrade my membership. I have struggled financially for 4 months because i have had to keep paying the basis fee but now they have taken my final payment and i am no longer a member. I have had no medical benefit and am financially struggling because of Fedhealth.
