I have called Gems with regards to my mother's who receives chronic medication via delivery on a mothly basis, i have called in informing them that my mom is in the Gautend area due to illness for a while, therefore
requested that they deliver medication at my place in Centurion till she is back on her feet, now i was promised that the medication will be delivered in centurion on tuesday the 15th of october and since then i have not received a phone call or sms or what the status is.
I mean does a person have to die before she receives medication. if this is not sorted out i will have no choice but to take the matter to my attorneys to be sorted out. This service is really unacceptable.
