If you must wait for Optiharm for your medication you will die - because I've been phoning since Monday 24 June 2013 to ask when my Husband, my sons and my own medication will be delivered. Every time they tell me they will call me back, after an hour or so I phone back asking to speak to a manager every time they are in a meeting. At least my son got his medication and I got 4 of my own but my most important chronic medication and my husband's chronic medication is still not here and it is the 29th today wonder if they will pay if my husband end up in hospital, or must we drive there again to go and pick up our medication our self like we had to do in the past to get it at least in time, thought the idea of a delivery service is that you get your medication in time but wonder why I must phone every month to ask when it will be deliver and then phone again and again and wait and wait and wait and nothing is being delivered. Their service is bad they don't respond to any emails they don't respond to phone calls if I had a choice I would not use them at all!!!
