No responce/delivery of urgent chronic medication

My brother has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and cant functionon on his own. He has had a lapse with his medication resperdone and thus his psychologist wrote a perscription for albutify.4 april we faxed the prescription to both gems and the medipost.. His reperdone and nuzek was dispatched on 12 april and no abilify was inthe package. I phoned countless times only the third person told me that I should get the doctor to contact gems. he sent a motivation letter 22 april. I recived a sms the next day to say that it was recived that the chronic application has been processed dsp will confirm delivery in two working days. On the 24th april recived an sms saying your authorisation (gms0112393788) has been processed. On 3 may I had heard nothing from gems or medipost. I called and was promised that his medication would be experdited and delivered on monday 6 may. Nothing was delivered today and I Have phone three times today in total of 27 minutes and spoken to three different people and still dont know when it will be delivered - do people not understant that chronic meidcatoin is critical!!!
