Poor service and 100% unprofessionalism

GEMS medipost is full of empty promises, unreliable and a hazard to the health of society. They claim that they deliver uninterrupted chronic medication to patients but they do not, they are just an inconvenience. I registered for chronic medication with GEMS on the 03/06/2013 and my application was approved, I requested my medication delivered by courier i.e. medipost since they do not have a list of network pharmacy I can choose from. I was contacted by medipost assuring me that I will receive my medication on the 26/06/2013 I even got a SMS confirming that, but the delivery was never made. I waited and waited thinking that they will contact me to inform me what happened to my medication but that never happened, so i decided to make a follow up after 6 days of non delivery. The so called help desk told me that they don't know what happened to the delivery as the systems states that the delivery date was on the 26/06/2013, they will trace it and the systems takes about two hour so i will be contacted the next day before 10am but that never happened. I decided to call again after 10am to make a follow up only to find a rude agent who told me that my query will not be given priorit
