GEMS approached me about this so seemingly "incredible" innovation, the chronic medical plan, this sounded like a good plan, made all registrations as requested, but failed to deliver on their promises.
After several phone calls, i get sent from pillar to strength, even after speaking to their managers, they always promise to track how far the order is, but never come back, new excuse every time I call them, and I have now ran out of my chronic medication. This is bad service at its best and it is highly affecting my health and well-being.
Someone please, get off the chair and deliver on your promises as you never miss a date to my bank account, now I can I please get my money's worth service?
