At what point is Bonitas/Medscheme going to act against the ridiculous service that their contracted deliver company is giving to its members. I have not receive my chronic medication, even after contacting pharmacy direct there hasn't been anyone willing to provide an explanation or Atleast fast track the delivery of the medication. This is not the first I have had this kind of incident, first it was incorrect medication now this. It is clear that Pharmacy direct is failing to provide the service that is expected by Bonitas clients and it's clear that I am not the only one suffering judging from the number of complants on hello peter and people in general. Bonitas should rather give clients an option to purchase chronic medication in any pharmacy unless they careless about the well being of clients. This is the 10th day without medication whilst some people have 2 months in access of medication that has been delivered without a request. Something needs to be done about this as we the customers of bonitas are suffering
