A few months ago, I had tests done with Ampath. When discovery mistakenly did not cover any of the medical costs, I contacted ampath and explained that it was an error and discovery was reprocessing. And that in the interim I would pay 50% of the bill. But these incompetent people continued to call me two or three times a day, send threatening sms. When discovery paid and I they now owed me over R700- I hear nothing. Not even a courtesy call to ask for my banking details. Weeks later I am still waiting for a refund.
They should rename themselves, Am-pathetic
