I had very bad experienced with my medical aid Discovery health and still struggle with my query, I submitted a Doctor Claim In September as a pmb code and every time I follow up on the claim its always a different story from the consultant its either I need a letter of motivation or they lost the letter or they will call me in 3 days time.
I'm very disappointed for the level of your service I received form Discovery which I rate it poor. All other accounts been paid accept this one doctor account I'm struggling to get paid under the ref 3010822136 there is so many ref I got but that its the latest.
Discovery health never keeps to there promise which they say they would respond in 2 working days or a consultant will call me back but I have to phone or email and the shame story which I don't have words.
I feel we pay so much for medical aid and they give such bad service and would not recommend anyone to join Discovery medical aid, they just lost a member which I will be join another medical that care for there clients and not promises stuff they cant keep.
