Dear Hello Peter.
I am extremely upset with Discovery Health. I phoned Discovery Health in regards to Medical expeditures that was not covered by my Medical Savings in 2013. I have spoken to 2 Agents in the begining of December in regards to this, who confirmend that the doctor can submit it in 2014 as they have a 4 month claim right on any medical expenses. Now when i phoned Discovery again, i spoke to Ludwig who said that it is not possible?? Why would 2 Agents say its fine and then i would hear it is not and i would have to pay these expenses by myself and not be reimbursed for it?? This is UNEXCEPTABLE!! Your Call Centre agents should all be telling me the same story, not? I am begining to think of cancelling my Medical aid and going to another provider. This is NOT how you are suppose to treat your clients by lying to them?!
