I would like to know why is Polmed STILL rejecting my catheters and my hormone medication?
November I will be 21 years in a wheelchair, and from day 1 you did not wanted to pay for my catheters. I have to buy them every month myself
Numerous times the specialists and doctors did put in a request but you keep rejecting it. My hormone medicine is too expensive to buy myself
I am the one that went on medical disability, and now you do not pay for the things that I most need.
Kindly take note that on the 10th of August and on the 26th of August an email was sent to [Email Removed] with a read receipt
Kindly take note that NO ONE phoned me or my doctor in this regard with a response
Kindly advise to whom can I escalate this matter as I am tired of waiting on a reply and in the meantime I must spend money on my medical needs which is unacceptable as I am contributing towards the medical aid every month with no late payments
