I am so done with Discovery medical Aid, been with discovery for the last 5-6years and had to be told by my doctor that my medical aid was suspended, Discovery had no regard for me as long as they get paid every month they don't care. I get sms and emails on everything but for suspension on medical aid they couldn't and as per them they don't have too inform me, you get money from me every month and you don't have the courtesy to call or sms me to tell me something is wrong with my account. Now I still need to wait another few days before suspension is lifted. You have had the last cents out of me, I never complain about your increases and yet you treat me like I don't matter. I took medical aid for the benefit of my children for their health so that if forbid anything happens to them I know they are covered. You can mess around with me but not my childrens health and you have just done that, I am so disappointed in DISCOVERY HEALTH, bad service, trying to get solution and NO HELP from discovery. The amount of money I pay is not worth it for the bad service. Now I have been told to wait another 3 days from Discovery to lift suspension, NO. not acceptable.
