Very poor to get my medical sorted

Tried getting discovery medical aid threw MST Financial services (Broker).
I cancelled my current medical aid at that stage, almost 2 months now without medical trying to get discovery very poor service and unfortunately i will rather return to my old medical aid considering the type of service i got from discovery.
The Broker is probably also at folt, with very little help from them.
They required some documentation from a previous doctor and tests performed on my wife, the doctor retired and niether his old office or the laboratory can get me the letter.
Now i must pay the price!!!
Extremely disappointed in what is a so called professional company.
