I already have a complaint after only being on the medical aid for 4 days. They did not debit our account as arranged on the 1st. When I phoned Discovery now they said that we must make a manual payment for this months premium, other wise our account will be suspended until they receive a payment.
They did not debit our account like they were supposed to and now they say the policy will be suspended until payment has been received. HOW DOES THAT EVEN WORK!!!
