UNAUTHORISED ACCESSTO MY BANK ACCOUNT

I entered into a contract with Discovery Health and cancelled membership at end of March 2013. Discovery Health continued... to date to access the monthly premium from my account. This impacted on additional bank charges, unpaid debit orders and a bad credit rating with my banking institution. After numerous telephonic and written correspondence, Desiree Fuller, Customer Services Manager had agreed that Discovery Health will NOT access my any funds from my banking account. I pledged to do a manual payment, hence the attached banking details. However, Discovery Health has once again deducted monies from my account without my permission. This seems to be a monthly and on-going problem.
I am requesting that you return my funds are returned with immediate effect and I will make an eft payment as arranged with Desiree (who supplied DH's Banking details for this purpose) for any monies owing to Discovery Health. I DO NOT authorise Discovery Health to access my account.
