ENOUGH! I'm continuously having problems with them deducting my monthly premium. Every time I have to exchange emails over and over again asking for a forced debit to go through. I became a member again on 1 July, had endless problems since, changed my debit date from the 10th to the 1st. They assured me last month that from September it will go off every month on the 1st of each month just like my life plan with them. To my surprise this week I've noticed it STILL has NOT gone off. I spoke to my broker who investigated. Discovery then Wednesday said that it seems to be a SYSTEM PROBLEM/ERROR & that they requested a forced debit which was suppose to happen Wednesday night... Yesterday afternoon I got an SMS saying" YOUR DISCOVERY HEALTH PLAN HAS BEEN SUSPENDED". I phoned Discovery ASAP, they said they can see a debit order has been requested, but can't say why this happened. I told him about the system error, he said I am suspended, they need payment to reflect, this can take up to 3 working days, it's now weekend... WHY must I be punished/suspended for Discovery's system error? When I was assured everything is in order, if I get in an accident now I'm not covered because of THEIR ERROR
