The medical aid was transferred out of my name to my wife's on the 28th November 2013. A form of continuation was furnished and we were told all will be well for the December premium to go off on my wife's account. To my surprise the payment went off on my account which has no funds and thus suspended the payment making my credit history look bad. Discovery admitted to it being their fault and a simple sorry for the inconvenience was issued. I now need to go to the bank and do a manual transfer to sort their mistake out. We will be looking elsewhere asap.
