I have been a Fedhealth customer for the past few years and as I noticed that my installment is going up by nearly R550 rand I started looking at cheaper plans as R6100 per month is just getting too much for me. I contacted the call centre to enquire about a cheaper plan I got told that there is no hospital in mpumalanga listed on there network if I wanted to move to there "Maxima standard net" plan as this is a cheaper plan that I am currently on. This leaves me with no other option than to move to a different scheme.
