Bad Feedback with regard to Claims Submitted

Good Day
I have submitted a claim on the 29th Jan for treatment on the 14 Jan 2013.
I followed up last week to check on the progress of the claim.
I was contacted by Preesha on Saturday to request that I resend the claim since Claims had not received it (I have proof that it was sent). I resent the claim on Monday 25Feb.
I then receive an email from Bankmed indicating that the payment has been received, but they require information namely: Practice name and number, Member name and patient details, Service date, Tariff codes, Icd10 codes, Fees charged, Proof of payment receipt (if the claim have to be settled to the member).

I checked the claim which I submitted and it has these details.
This is not the first time that the Customer service has been unclear of what they require which proves to be very frustrating. Previously, it was Sowayba Geyer who was a problem and now this.

You have to be clear in what you require - especially if I cannot see those details missing from the claim I submitted. Also - I understand the 30 day turnaround time to process, but that is with the assumption that Bankmed even has my claim which I submitted.

Regards
