No response from previous Hello Peter complaint

I just called the Bankmed call centre to enquire the claim that was processed into my banking account. I was placed on hold numerous times and each time the consultant spoke to me, she herself was not sure of her responses. What is going on? Can no one at Bankmed assist me? What transpired to my previous complaint logged onto the Hello Peter website? She now tells me that my "banking details" was not logged onto your system in July 2013, so how was Bankmed making the previous claims into my bank account and how was my instalment being paid to Bankmed if you guys only now so called have my bank account number? All of this sounds "fishy", is someone else making use of my Bankmed unlawfully? what is going on??? Is there a need for me to log this with the Medical Aid Ombudsman?
