Needed to remove spouse as dependent in medical scheme as she has gone onto her own plan. Been told this is not allowed until 2014 which doesn't make sense. This is not a plan change but removal of dependent. Asked to speak to manager on numerous occasions but it seems they are protected in an ivory tower.
