When I was hunting for Medical aid options, i came across the Liberty Bona Plus option and Ruarc Hopley contacted me regarding this, I explained to him that I needed to have my wisdom teeth removed in hospital and he assured me that the plan covered it. It is now 3 months down the line and this morning i went to see the dentist, he has referred me to a Maxillo facial specialist for the wisdom teeth removal. So i contacted the care cross centre to get authorisation only to be told they do not cover wisdom teeth removal in hospital!
What am i to do now? I am very upset as i have wasted 3 months worth of instalments and i could have joined a medical aid that would help me with my situation... Upon contacting Ruarc he claims he did not state it was on the plan I chose!
