Hi

Fedhealth request documentation to keep a dependent on the medical aid scheme, the documentation was sent on the 25 April 2013 to [Email Removed] as per request. A response was sent from Fedhealth confirm the receipt of documents. Then on the 8 June 2013, they no say no document were sent and have cancelled the dependent's membership.

I have resubmitted all the documents sent on 25 April 2013, I have tried calling Fedhealth, but have got no response from them. I have been a loyal customer for many years and I can not believe the poor service I have received from Fedhealth.
