I received a email from Medscheme "closure of query" which had no details about the member/group. Which left me with no way to determine for which member i logged the query. So i had to phone to determine for which member was the query number for. Luckily Patrick was very quick and sufficient to help solve my problem. Thank you Patrick for your friendliness.
I would like Medscheme tough to have a look as brokers have more than one query and it's time consuming to investigate and search which query has to go to which member if no member numbers or surnames are used.
