How incompetent can you be?

I applied to have my dependent added to my medicall aid. On the application form we stated explicitly that my dependent last was a member of a medical aid in 2011-05-31. Now I get a letter from Bestmed requesting a membership cetificate from my dependent's previous medical aid. When I phoned 012 472 6318 to inquire about this letter the first lady consultant I spoke to on the phone hang up on me. Then I phoned and spoke to the team leader who could only recite the standard spiel. Please can a senior manager contact me to explain to me what is going on
