100% BAD SERVICE

In November 2013 I added dependent on my account with already 1 dependent but later removed her. I have email and membership certificate reflecting join date as 1 December 2013 and termination date being 1 December 2013. So for December 2013, I had 1 dependent in my account, me as the principal member and a child. When Fed health runs they debit orders for December, they deduct money for 2 dependents (1 child and 1 adult) in my accounts instead of 1 dependent. Now the account only had enough money for me and 1 dependent (bank statements can prove this) and the transaction failed because of "insufficient" funds. Fed health immediately suspended my account.

It was until 21 January 2014 that a consultant by the name of Renaldo Swartz had the time and brains to apply logic and understand what the whole issue was about. He acknowledged the mistake was on their side but said he will talk to supervisors and hopefully lift the suspension on my account.

Fed health want me to do an EFT for the correct amount owed, which i have no problem with. Issue is they say i have to pay for the January month which they suspended me by mistake. I cannot pay for their mistakes. Still suspended!
