Maternity / hospital cover - vague answers

It states:'12 visits including 2 scans'. Of the R250 the midwife charges, I get R 80 back. Of the R 950 for the first gynea visit, we got R300 back. I am aware that one has to choose 'affiliated doctors', but where do I get a midwife charging R 80 nowadays? Is this a joke? We have emergency cover, but I am told in case of an EMERGENCY c-section I am NOT fully covered because it's not an emergency as, for example, a car-accident would be. The Dr I'm using as back-up in case of an emergency would charge me around R9000, Momentum would cover just over R2000 of that. I have asked for information for a few months now, I have 3 months of my pregnancy left. The wording in the policy is unethical. It is impossible to budget with that vagueness. (Something that would really stress a hormonal pregnant woman even more, thank you very much!) The one person who has been helpful is Jayshree Govender, who has been in email and phone contact with me. That doesn't change the fact that the policy is written poorly and misleads its clients. We need to be able to budget, but there are surprises every time we submit a claim or call the call-centre. Something needs to be done about this poor service!
