I need accurate and truthful information!!!

I don't know what to do to get answers out of Momentum Health anymore. Every time I phone the call centre I'm told something different, & I cannot verify what I'm being told in our health plan since info on the plans are vague. They brag about having one of the best maternity programmes. I'm making use of a midwife under their Health Platform Benefit, but they can't supply me with a list of midwives that charge only 100% of the Momentum Health Rate. So upon submitting my claim they paid out a full R80. Where am I going to get a midwife that only charges R80!?! If they make provision for using a midwife for pre-natal care, then they must be able to supply me with a list like they do for other specialists. They come across as pro-natural birth since they will pay for a Midwife or Doula, but should your labour end in a Caesar they will only pay the gynae for the birth, not the midwife. This is not stipulated in the health plan and utterly ridiculous. We were forced to move to Momentum by our employer, and I curse the day we moved over. I have no idea what bill will be waiting for me at the end of my child's birth, and I am yet to speak to someone who can give me accurate information.
