Very poor incompetent feedback in emergency

? have a plan with essential med for emergency and day to day doctor visitation. On the 25 May i tried to call their emergency line because i had an accident while i was attending my Marathon race. The 1st time when I called them the operator told me that they do not cover unless it was a car accident. So what she actually said is that my case was not an accident unless it s a car accident and in their policy it says accidental cover not car accident, so she did put me through to another number and the other operator told me that it is the wrong number that she used. When I called again the operator Maggie told me that they cannot sent in my order because the sister who is supposed to give the authorization number is not their. No my point is every month I am paying R400.00 and my mother and father also have a policy with them for R1400.00 because I convence them to take 1, but how can you pay for something and they can't even help you when you get hurt. The operators who answers the phone is ambulance drivers and they say that they don't know how to assist me. I want to know how can I get the reimbursement back on the money that they already deducted from me and I want to cancel that pla
