Hotel not the 4 star standard it advertised. Did not provide all the amenities advertised. Upon arrival we were unable to park our car in the narrow parking area. No indication of where the reception is. Could not find our booking. Had 1 room available and booked us in. Asked us to move the next morning as another couple booked this room - first time ever this happened!! Superior room - broken sliding door handles, wind howling as doors cant close properly, bath leaking, towels thin and worn, furniture broken, two single beds pushed together after we asked for a double bed, TV channels not available as promised and reception very bad, normal small TV not flat screen as promised, breakfast not in the room as promised but in bar area, small selection, dirty table cloth, tired and run down. We could have stayed in a 5 star for less than what they charged. This is definitely not a 4 star rating - they are deceiving people and we have stayed all around the world - the amenities and service was absolutely shocking - especially when asking us to move as a result of their mistake. We specifically did not take another option available as we did not want to move during our stay.
