Had my wedding there a few weeks ago.
What a beautiful venue but there is no way that is a 5 star hotel.
Honeymoon suite was just not up to scratch, the Jacuzzi was cold an didnt heat up. The air conditioners where not big enough to keep the room cool.
The staff are slow and after having to call in for more toilet paper and for various people to come fix things in the room I gave up.
Ordered room service the night before my wedding. It was so disgusting, the salad was full of dirt and the lettuce leaves where rotten.
Overall the venue is amazing but the hotel needs maintenance and the staff need to be shown what 5 star really is.
Funny they are shy on charging. Very expensive rooms.
