And bad service

Booked a superior double room through [URL Removed] and arrived at this hotel on the 16/02/13 checked in and went to the room to find that it is a standard room, wentback to reception and askedwhat happened to the superior double room l booked and the black guy receptionist on duty told me they are fully booked without even appollogising that he did not tell me this when he first gave me the key, l told him to cancell the booking then since lm now given what l did not ask for and he just took the key and left me standing there to attend other things without appologising! This was bad treatment and poor level of customer care. I stayed at that hotel a few times but now lm disguisted. [URL Removed] should also appologise for giving me a room without ensuring that it is available! I hope l will not be charged by [URL Removed] for cancelling the booking that they poved to be inadequate to secure it or inform me it is unavailable. I ended upstaying at Sica's guest house which made up for my grief
