My husband and myself would like to thank the staff and management of the Palazzo Hotel for going the extra mile when we stayed over for our anniversary on the 25th October 2013. This truly is a five star hotel with five star service and friendly employees. After dinner we returned to our (upgraded) room to find a lovely anniversary cake, champagne and handwritten card to wish us a happy anniversary. Wow!? The room was stunning, breakfast was amazing and it is an overall gorgeous hotel. We will surely be returning in the future.
