Not getting what you booked

Hi there I booked for the night of the 18th at Primi Sea Castle.
I had 3 missed calls from a manager named Andrew, on returning the call, I got hold of Mike who was on duty and was advised that Andrew was wanting to know if he could swop my room with another client, there were a few extras but there was no spa.

I told Mike that I wished to keep my booking as is and that the reason I booked this room was because it had the spa. On arriving at the establishment and meeting Mike who was having a drink with patrons and was very friendly. He then let Henry show us to the room I was a bit taken back that the spa was not switched on and had to call them back to switch it on.
After waiting till 11 o clock and the water had not changed from cold we eventually settled for a bath.
We left the spa running the whole night thinking that maybe we could use it in the morning, well that was not to be, still cold water.

The whole room was not the standard I would expect from a '5' Star Hotel.
Defiantly needs to be re-assed. Hand Basin loose on wall, extractor fan coming of wall, mould on ceiling in bathroom also the DSTv there was only 2 channels and you could not change them at all
