Kwa Madwala Private Game Reserve
Worst 2 nights eve

I recently stayed at the Kwa Madwala Private Game Reserve in the Gazebo lodge.
I was horrified on arrival.
The ceiling of the lodge looks like it has not been cleaned for months with spider webs covering most of the celling.
The main entrance doors do not lock at all.
When entering my there were squashed insects on the walls, the main door did not lock, doors lading out to the pool area also did not lock.
The kitchen was absolutely discussing, there was one small kettle for 12 people which was turing from white to brown because of the dirt, floor was not clean and full of grease, fridge did not close properly & scullery had not been cleaned in weeks.
I did contact Kwa Madwala Private Game Reserve reservations to enquire if my room has a bath!
I was quoted "We have baths inside the units and outside showers." my room only had a shower.
I stayed in the room displayed in on the website and it looks nothing like it.
There were no flowers or extra blankets. I only received my towels the 2nd night.
I can list even more issues with Kwa Madwala.
In short I will never stay there again or recommend anyone to stay there.
For all this I got charged 3 star rates for 0 star service and comfort.
