2 weeks and counting to get a yay or a nay???

Geez guys, I sent an email two weeks ago to add my dad as a dependant on my medical and I have yet to receive a response.

I sent a follow up email last week asking for a response on my previous request and we have now started a new week and no one has come back to me. why???

I acknowledge that it will be difficult to reach me on my cellphone because I live on a farm and can only get reception if im standing in a specific area, but why the cant you email me??? is happening with my application???
