We have send our Claims to resolution Healt to [Email Removed]
When you contact them you can wait for 15 min to speak to a consultant.
When you reach a consultant they just say they have not received the claim after receiving a email of receipt from Resolution Health.
After 20 min they put you on hold with no response at all.
The best is the one lady who spoke to me a week back said the claim will paid within 7 day's. The Lady I contacted today just said it may be that they have received the claim but it has not been captured. I send the email on the 19th of APRIL!!! WISH I NEVER CHANGED FROM DISCOVERY TO RESOLUTION...
