RVN system for internet bank ridiculous

We live on a farm in the Robertson area. We have no cell phone reception on the farm in the mountains, so making internet payments is a nightmare since we cannot receive the RVN codes via SMS which allow us to pay beneficiaries. We have a new bank account with ABSA, they are aware of the problem, and despite several phonecalls, and numerous emails with our account manager and with the ABSA RVN forensic team. They still have not been able to setup an alternative system by which we can receive these RVN codes. Apparently they do have a RVN email system in place, but it has been 4 months and we are yet to have it setup correctly for us. So when we do internet payments we need to drive down the road for 5km until we have cell phone reception, then sit in the car with a laptop connected to 3G and a cellphone just so that we can receive the RVN numbers. How difficult is it to setup a system so that we receive these RVN numbers to our email address instead?
