After sending 3 emails to their so called Customer Service email address, I specified a specific problem on my first email. A week later I sent a second email again with no response, and today I receive an email detailing that they have a back up of emails and I must tell them why i was sending an email in the first place. So they responding to my 2nd email!! What happened to my first email?? Thats where i sent my problem. So can someone send me an email where I can find out what I originally wanted to chat about.
