Whilst I was standing in the queue to be served at gateway chateau gateaux, the cashier from called another customer and served him instead. Thereafter, another coffee waitress took the last croissant and placed it in the toaster for a customer standing behind me, before I can be served. When I placed my order, I was told there was no more croissants as the last croissant was for a customer after me. The manager was totally dismissal to this and she abruptly asked if they must bake one for me which will take 20 minutes. The staff at gateway chateau gateaux are extremely rude, racist and abrupt. Very poor customer service.
