I have a platinum Prokard and have attempted to redeem an e-voucher at African Pride Melrose Arch.
After not having any availability for my chosen date, I decided to see if I could find an available date, After painstakingly going through the entire calender through their e-voucher redemption booking engine, 10 days at a time on their web-site from February until September 2013, I was amazed to find that there is not one available night that the voucher can be redeemed for.
Whats the point... For a company that tries to sell their loyalty program as extremely good value for money, there seems to be no point in going for it as there is never any availability.
Go Figure.
