It is impossible to redeem any of the vouchers that are offered to you. I attempted to book at Fire & Ice CT before logging in and got a rate of R899 per night for specified date. When trying to redeem my "stay 1 night get 1 night free" voucher the rate became R1481 per night - this equates to a "saving" of only R317 but was for room only - so missing out on 2 breakfasts. Why charge a higher rate when trying to redeem voucher? I then tried the same date with the "stay 1 night free" voucher and was told there's no availability. I've read the T&C's and understand that vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with specials - but the problem is that the web specials are permanent so that defeats the purpose. What an elaborate.
