I paid cash at a hospital and submitted my claim in May 2013, then they sent me a cheque that I deposited it and got returned till date I am awaiting another cheque that still have not arrived. I called them and they gave me the tracking number where I traced the cheque and it was at Blue Water. I phoned back and they said the easier way is to do a Transfer but banking details were incorrect. They said I should email my proof of account and they were going to transfer the money, I did that on the 28/08/2013 and to date they haven't replied to my email or transfered the money. Extremely bad service and payments
