Trying to get an authorization numbe

I am a member of Bankmed. I emailed Bankmed on 27 August to request an authorisation number for my son who needs to see an orthodontist for treatment on 6 Sept. I emailed them again on 30 Aug. I called them on 3 Sept, 4 Sept and 5 Sept.
I sent through full quote the first time via email. When I called today I had to wait on the line for over 20 minutes and decided to call back again as the music playing in my ears was horrific. When I called back the second time they said the team that needs to authorise this quote went home at 4pm.
Website says working hours until 4.30.
I have no authorisation and my son needs to see the orthodontist tomorrow. What now???
I pay thousands every month, hardly ever use the scheme and when I do this is the treatment you get.
